Our Story
Our story began with a phone call from a family friend in April of 2015. Next thing you know, Dewey brought home his "new adventure", in the form of a bright yellow mobile ice cream unit, and parked it in the driveway. The original goal was to profit enough to send our three children through college.
With the help of the former owners of the food truck, Adrian & Mo Loyall and daughter Sally McCullum, they helped teach us the art of making ice cream the old fashioned way. Over time, our confidence grew and we kept changing & perfecting our recipe to what it is today. We opened our storefront on October 30, 2018.
Our daughter Jordan lives in North Carolina and manages our social media and work schedules. Our daughter Lauren is our head baker and our son Noah makes our ice cream.
